This is gonna be a fresh project layout, definitely out of the norm. Due to the land regulations and building guidelines, there has been several similar low density, exclusive low-rise homes built around Kayu Ara. This location is very unique. It's one street away from Bandar Utama, also one station away using the brand new LRT. Then it's connected to one of the main highway (Sprint Highway) that connects NKVE to LDP to Kerinchi and Federal Highway. Because of that, the traffic is very heavy. 

As urban as it gets, the developments around this area feels somewhat behind time for about 10 years time. The roads are narrow, there are kampung houses around, infrastructure are improper... So this is either perceived as potential, or you will be turned off by it. 

AmanAra focuses a lot on the interior layout since the canvas is limited. Common areas are merely to comply with regulations. Personally I don't really like the height of the unit. I think it's too high, that's why the staircase journey doesn't feel pleasant. There are also a lot of weird corners and kinks around. But will I ever move in myself at this price? Yes. 

It's those rare low rise apartment that feels almost like a landed home. It's extremely private. Nobody would ever know this project even exist. Yet we are sandwiched by very busy commercial centers. Things will feel different when the LRT starts operation.
